This policy describes how Transpersia (“we”, “the app”, “the service”) handles information when you use our website and mobile applications.
When you download Whisper models in the mobile app, audio can be transcribed on your device. Model files are stored locally on your device. Offline processing does not require sending audio to our servers.
Online models may send audio to third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini) and our backend solely to generate a transcript. Do not upload sensitive content you are not permitted to process.
We use processors such as Supabase (auth/database), Stripe (payments), and AI providers you enable. We do not sell personal data.
Account and usage records are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated server-side data (see Account deletion in the app or contact us).
We use HTTPS, access controls, and least-privilege keys where applicable. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Contact us using the email below.
