Transpersia provides audio-to-text transcription via web and mobile apps, including optional offline models and cloud AI models.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep access secure.
Free and paid plans may apply usage limits. Paid billing may be processed by Stripe on the web. Mobile store purchases, if offered, are subject to Apple App Store / Google Play terms. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.
Transcripts are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for legal, medical, or other critical use.
You retain rights to your audio and transcripts. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. The Transpersia software, branding, and site remain our property.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
